1/2 cup shelled walnuts

  • Grate the zest from the whole orange and set aside. Cut off any remaining pith from the orange. Cut the orange into chunks. Peel the apple and remove the core; cut into large pieces.
  • In a food processor, combine the orange zest and chunks, apples, cranberries and celery and process until finely chopped; be careful not to process too long because the mixture will become mushy. 2 cups cranberries (fresh or frozen, 1 12oz bag is also enough)
1 medium orange, quartered (ends removed)
3/4-1 cup sugar (or eqivalent artificial sweetener)

  • Slice unpeeled orange into eighths and remove any seeds. Place half of the cranberries and half of the orange in food processor. Pulse until evenly chopped. Tranfer to a bowl and repeat with the other half of orange and cranberries. Stir in sugar to taste and store in refrigerator of freezer.

2 good quality seedless oranges, cut into 16 wedges, (peel and pulp intact)
2 c sugar
for the cranberry orange with cherry gelatin
2 - 3 oz pkgs, cherry gelatin
2 1/2 c boiling water
1 c crushed pineapple, juice and all
10 oz frozen, cranberry orange relish

  • 1. For the Cranberry Orange Relish:
