1 cup boiling water*
½ cup cold water
1 small orange (or 2 clementines), peeled and diced
½ cup crushed pineapple, well drained
1 (14 ounce) can whole cranberry sauce
½ cup chopped pecans
Optional garnish: chopped fresh parsley or whipped cream

Steps:

  • In a large bowl, dissolve Jell-O in boiling water, whisking for 2 minutes. Whisk in the cold water. Cool in the refrigerator just until slightly thickened (about 45 minutes - 1 hour).
  • Gently skim off any foam or bubbles on top of the Jell-O.

2 cups water
2 (3 ounce) boxes of any red Jell-O (I use raspberry)
1 cup chopped nuts (I use pecans)
1 (16 ounce) can crushed pineapple, drained (I use the pineapple chunks and jut cut them in quarters)

  • Combine first 3 ingredients and bring to boil. Stirring constantly until all the berries "pop".

1 (16 ounce) can jellied cranberry sauce
2 (3 ounce) packages black cherry-flavored gelatin mix (such as Jell-O®)
1 ¾ cups boiling water
1 (16 ounce) carton sour cream

Steps:

  • Mash jellied cranberry sauce in a 3-quart bowl. Stir gelatin mix thoroughly into cranberry sauce. Pour boiling water into mixture and stir until gelatin has dissolved completely, about 3 minutes.

2 cups fresh cranberries
1 (15 ounce) can mandarin oranges, drained and chopped
1 cup pecans
1 (15 ounce) can crushed pineapple, drained
2 (3 ounce) packages cranberry-flavored gelatin mix (such as Jell-O®)
¾ cup white sugar
1 cup boiling water
1 cup cold water

Steps:

  • Place cranberries, mandarin oranges, and pecans into a food processor and pulse several times to chop; process mixture until finely ground, about 30 seconds. Transfer mixture into a large bowl.
  • Mix pineapple, gelatin, sugar, boiling water, and cold water together in a separate bowl until gelatin and sugar have dissolved. Pour gelatin mixture into cranberry mixture and stir. Pour into a gelatin mold and refrigerate 8 hours or overnight before serving.

2 (3 ounce) packages lemon-flavored gelatin mix (such as Jell-O®)
1 ½ cups boiling water
2 cups cold water
1 (12 ounce) package fresh cranberries
1 cup white sugar
1 cup crushed pineapple, drained
¾ cup chopped celery
½ cup chopped walnuts

Steps:

  • Dissolve lemon gelatin in boiling water in a bowl; stir in cold water. Chill in refrigerator until partially thickened, 30 to 40 minutes.
