1 brick of cream cheese
1/2 cup sugar
leftover whole type cranberry sauce( i used my own)
1 8 oz whip topping(coolwhip or store brand)
1 shot of cointreau or grand marnier

Steps:

  • 1. Cream the cream cheese with sugar. Add Cointreau or Gran Marnier. Stir until incorporated.
  • 2. Stir in about 1-2 cps of left over cranberry sauce, keep 1/2 cup of of cranberries on reserve.
  • 3. Pour the mix into a bowl and fold in the whipped topping. fold in the remainder of the cranberry sauce so there will be a few whole cranberries floating around.
  • 4. Keep refrigerated. Tart, sweet, delicious!

2 cups fresh cranberries
2 cups miniature marshmallows
3/4 cup sugar
2 cups unpeeled cubed green apples
1/2 cup green seedless grape
1/2 cup coarsely chopped walnuts, toasted
1 cup whipping cream, whipped
lettuce leaf

Steps:

  • Position knife blade in food processor bowl; add cranberries.
  • Cover with lid, and process until coarsely ground.
  • Combine cranberries, marshmallows, and sugar in a large bowl; stir gently.
  • Cover and chill at least 1 1/2 hours.
  • Add apple, grapes, and walnuts; stir gently.
  • Fold in whipped cream; cover and chill at least 1 hour.
  • Serve on lettuce leaves.
  • Yield: 6 to 8 servings.
