Steps:
- 1. Rub both sides of pork cube steaks with olive oil and coat with panko bread crumbs. In a non stick skillet drizzle a little olive oil in and over med heat lightly brown each side of pork steak.
- 2. Remove and place on lightly greased baking sheet. Bake 375° for about 25-30 min.
