Tips:
- Choose fresh cranberries. Look for cranberries that are plump, round, and deep red in color. Avoid cranberries that are bruised or have soft spots.
- Wash the cranberries thoroughly. Rinse the cranberries under cold water before using them. This will help to remove any dirt or debris.
- Use a sharp knife to slice the cranberries. This will help to prevent the cranberries from bruising.
- Don't overcook the cranberries. Cranberries should be cooked until they are just tender. Overcooking can make them tough and bitter.
- Add sugar or sweetener to taste. Cranberries are naturally tart, so you may want to add sugar or sweetener to taste. However, you can also enjoy cranberries without any added sugar.

Cranberries are a versatile fruit that can be used in a variety of recipes. They are a good source of vitamins and minerals, and they can also help to boost your immune system. So next time you're looking for a healthy and delicious snack or ingredient, reach for some cranberries.
