CRAB CAKES WITH LIME SAUCE
Can't remember where I got this; an addition to a magazine. It is very good. Not a traditional Crab Cake maybe but very tasty and very EASY. The Zaar format didn't recognize just an envelope of salad dressing mix but I am referring to one of the small envelopes about 1/4 ounce

Tips:
- Use the freshest crab meat possible. Fresh crab meat will have a sweet, delicate flavor, while frozen crab meat can be tough and bland.
- If you're using frozen crab meat, thaw it in the refrigerator overnight before using. This will help to prevent the crab cakes from becoming watery.
- Gently mix the crab meat with the other ingredients. Overmixing the crab cakes will make them tough.
- Form the crab cakes into patties that are about 2 inches in diameter and 1/2 inch thick. This will help them to cook evenly.
- Pan-fry the crab cakes over medium heat for 3-4 minutes per side, or until they are golden brown and cooked through.
- Serve the crab cakes immediately with the lime sauce.
Conclusion:
These crab cakes with lime sauce are a delicious and easy-to-make seafood dish. They are perfect for a light lunch or dinner, and they can also be served as an appetizer. The lime sauce adds a bright and refreshing flavor to the crab cakes, and it helps to balance out the richness of the crab meat. If you are looking for a new and exciting way to enjoy crab cakes, this recipe is definitely worth trying.
