- 1. Cook bacon slowly with just a dab of crushed red pepper. When about half done, drain bacon & pour off some of the grease.
- 2. Put bacon back into the pan with diced sweet potatoes & salt & pepper to taste. (Can also use Morton's Natures Seasoning! This is what I use to season almost every thing I cook!)
