Tips:

  • Choose the ripest corn. The sweeter the corn, the better the spread will be.
  • Use a food processor or blender to get a smooth consistency. If you don't have one, you can also grate the corn kernels by hand.
  • Don't overcook the corn. Overcooked corn will be mushy and bland.
  • Season the spread to taste. You can add salt, pepper, garlic, onion, or any other herbs and spices that you like.
  • Serve the spread immediately or store it in the refrigerator for later. The spread will keep for up to 3 days in the refrigerator.

Conclusion:

Corn olive spread is a delicious and versatile appetizer or snack. It is easy to make and can be tailored to your own taste. Enjoy it with crackers, bread, or vegetables. And also, this spread can be enjoyed as a dip, sauce, or spread. It is a great way to use up leftover corn and is a healthy and delicious addition to any meal.
