Tips:

  • Muffin Tins: Use a standard 12-cup muffin tin for baking these muffins. If you don't have a muffin tin, you can use a cupcake pan or even a mini loaf pan.
  • Muffin Liners: Muffin liners are not necessary, but they do make cleanup easier. If you're using liners, be sure to spray them with nonstick cooking spray before filling them with batter.
  • Mixing: Do not overmix the muffin batter. Overmixing can result in tough muffins. Stir just until the ingredients are combined.
  • Filling the Muffin Tins: Fill each muffin cup about 2/3 full. This will help prevent the muffins from overflowing during baking.
  • Baking: Bake the muffins according to the recipe instructions. Check for doneness by inserting a toothpick into the center of a muffin. If the toothpick comes out clean, the muffins are done.
  • Cooling: Let the muffins cool in the muffin tin for a few minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely.

Conclusion:

These company muffins are a delicious and easy-to-make treat that are perfect for any occasion. With a variety of flavors and add-ins to choose from, there's sure to be a muffin recipe that everyone will enjoy.
