Tips:

  • Prep your veggies: Before you start cooking, wash and chop all of your vegetables. This will save you time and make the cooking process go more smoothly.
  • Use a variety of colors: The more colorful your casserole is, the more appealing it will be. Try to include a mix of green, red, orange, and yellow vegetables.
  • Don't overcook the vegetables: The vegetables should be tender but still have a bit of crunch. Overcooked vegetables will be mushy and unappetizing.
  • Season to taste: Be generous with the salt and pepper. You can also add other seasonings, such as garlic powder, onion powder, or dried herbs.
  • Top with cheese: A layer of cheese on top of the casserole will give it a golden brown crust and make it even more delicious.

This colorful veggie casserole is a delicious and healthy meal that is perfect for any occasion. It is easy to make and can be customized to your liking. So next time you are looking for a quick and easy dinner, give this recipe a try. You won't be disappointed!
