2 tablespoons red bell pepper (finely chopped)
1/2 carrot (finely shredded, about 2 tablespoons)
2/3 cup cheddar cheese (shredded)

4 oz (from 8-oz package) cream cheese, softened
1/8 teaspoon ground red pepper (cayenne)
1/2 cup Progresso™ plain panko crispy bread crumbs
2 tablespoons butter, melted
1/8 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 cup finely shredded Parmesan cheese (2 oz)
2 tablespoons chopped fresh chives

Steps:

  • Heat oven to 400°F. Spray 15x10x1-inch pan with cooking spray.
