Time 5m

Number Of Ingredients 2

1 c sour cream (8 oz)
1 can(s) cream de coconut

Steps:

  • 1. Mix sour cream (can use unflavored yogurt if you prefer) and can of cream de coconut. Use a whisk or electric mixer.
  • 2. Refrigerate at least 2 hours (or until it is firm)
  • 3. Cut fruit (watermelon, honeydew, strawberries, grapes etc) into pieces (or a fun way.. make a skewer) and sit back and enjoy!!

Tips:

  • Choose ripe coconuts. Look for coconuts that have a green or brown husk and feel heavy for their size. Avoid coconuts with cracks or blemishes.
  • Use fresh coconut meat. Fresh coconut meat is white and firm. Avoid coconut meat that is brown or discolored.
  • Grate the coconut meat finely. This will help it to dissolve more easily in the dip.
  • Use full-fat coconut milk. Full-fat coconut milk will give the dip a richer flavor and texture.
  • Sweeten the dip to taste. You can use sugar, honey, or maple syrup to sweeten the dip.
  • Add flavorings to taste. You can add vanilla extract, rum extract, or other flavorings to the dip.
  • Serve the dip chilled. Coconut fruit dip is best served chilled.

Conclusion:

Coconut fruit dip is a delicious and refreshing treat that is perfect for any occasion. It is easy to make and can be customized to your liking. Whether you like it sweet, tangy, or boozy, there is a coconut fruit dip recipe out there for you. So next time you are looking for a tasty snack or dessert, give coconut fruit dip a try.
