CLUB QUESADILLAS

A traditional club sandwich gets a fun change of pace when the bread is replaced with soft flour tortillas. It's easy to get the children to help assemble these. I serve salsa and corn chips on the side.-Victoria Hahn, Northampton, Pennsylvania

Tips:

  • For an even crispier quesadilla, try using two tortillas instead of one.
  • Feel free to experiment with different fillings. Some other popular options include shredded chicken, steak, or vegetables.
  • If you're using pre-shredded cheese, be sure to pat it dry before using. This will help prevent the quesadilla from getting soggy.
  • Don't overload the quesadilla with fillings. Too much filling will make it difficult to fold and cook evenly.
  • Serve the quesadilla with your favorite dipping sauce, such as salsa, guacamole, or sour cream.

Conclusion:

Club quesadillas are a quick and easy meal that can be enjoyed by people of all ages. They're perfect for a quick lunch, dinner, or snack. Plus, they're a great way to use up leftover chicken or turkey. So next time you're looking for a delicious and easy meal, give club quesadillas a try.
