Indulge in the vibrant flavors of California with our tantalizing Citrus Salad recipe, inspired by Claim Jumper's culinary artistry. This refreshing and colorful salad bursts with the sweetness of oranges, tanginess of grapefruit and lemon, and a hint of bitterness from radicchio, all tossed in a zesty lemon-honey vinaigrette. As you savor each bite, the crunch of toasted pecans and crumbled goat cheese adds a delightful textural contrast, while a sprinkle of fresh mint leaves infuses a refreshing aroma.

If you prefer a spicier kick, add a pinch of chili powder or a drizzle of Sriracha sauce to the vinaigrette. Tips:

- To achieve the best flavor, use fresh, ripe citrus fruits. - If you can't find Cara Cara oranges, substitute navel or Valencia oranges. - Use a sharp knife to segment the oranges and grapefruit. This will help to prevent the fruit from becoming bitter. - If you don't have a grapefruit spoon, use a regular spoon to scoop out the grapefruit segments. - Be careful not to overmix the salad, as this can make the fruit mushy. - Serve the salad immediately after making it, as the citrus fruits will start to lose their flavor over time.

Conclusion:

The California Citrus Salad from Claim Jumper is a delicious and refreshing salad that is perfect for any occasion. It is easy to make and can be customized to your liking. With its bright and tangy flavors, this salad is sure to be a hit with your family and friends.
