1 can(s) (21 ounce) apple pie filling
6 (8 inch) flour tortillas
1 tsp ground cinnamon
1/2 c butter
1/2 c white sugar
1/2 c brown sugar
1/2 c water

Steps:

  • 1. Spoon about one heaping quarter cup of pie filling evenly down the center of each tortilla. Sprinkle with cinnamon; roll up, tucking in edges; and place seam side down in prepared dish.
  • 2. In a medium saucepan over medium heat, combine butter, white sugar, brown sugar and water. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly; reduce heat and simmer 3 minutes.
  • 3. Preheat oven to 375 degrees Pour sauce over enchiladas and let stand 45 minutes. Bake in preheated oven 20 minutes, or until golden.

2 tablespoons butter
2 tablespoons sugar
1/2-1 teaspoon cinnamon
2 -4 tortillas (or wraps 8-10 inch size)

Steps:

  • Peel and chop apples.

1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 cup shortening
2 -3 tablespoons cold water
2 tablespoons butter, melted, divided
2 tablespoons sugar

1 large apple, peeled and quartered

  • In a bowl, combine flour and salt; cut in shortening until crumbly. Gradually add water, tossing with a fork until a ball forms.
