1 package (8 ounces) cream cheese, softened
2-1/2 cups sugar, divided
3 large eggs
3/4 cup water
1/2 cup butter, cubed
1-1/2 ounces unsweetened chocolate
1/2 cup sour cream
2 cups all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
1-1/2 cups chocolate chips

  • In a small bowl, cream the cream cheese, 1/2 cup sugar and 1 egg; set aside. , In a small saucepan, bring the water, butter and chocolate squares to a boil, stirring constantly. 14 oz box of Nestle Chocolate chip Cookie Mix
2 eggs
2 Tbls butter, softened

Steps:

  • Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees. In large bowl, combine Nestle Chocolate chip cookie mix, eggs and butter. Mix well. Melt over hot (not boiling) water, morels from mix, set aside. Spread half of the cookie batter evenly into a lightly greased 8" square baking pan. Dollop melted chocolate alternately with remaining batter on top. With a knife, swirl dough with chocolate to marbleize. Bake: 350 degrees Time: 20-25 minutes Cool completely. Cut into 2" squares.
