Tips:

  • Use fresh cherries. Fresh cherries will give your cookies the best flavor. If you can't find fresh cherries, you can use frozen cherries, but be sure to thaw them and drain them before using.
  • Don't overmix the dough. Overmixing the dough will make the cookies tough. Mix the dough just until the ingredients are combined.
  • Chill the dough before baking. Chilling the dough before baking will help the cookies hold their shape and prevent them from spreading too much.
  • Bake the cookies at a high temperature. Baking the cookies at a high temperature will help them set quickly and prevent them from becoming too soft.
  • Let the cookies cool completely before storing them. Letting the cookies cool completely will help them set and prevent them from becoming too soft.

Conclusion:

Chocolate cherry drop cookies are a delicious and easy-to-make treat. With a few simple ingredients, you can create a batch of cookies that are perfect for any occasion. Whether you're looking for a sweet snack to enjoy with your family or a festive dessert to serve at a party, chocolate cherry drop cookies are sure to be a hit.
