Tips:

  • Use high-quality ingredients for the best results. This means using real butter, chocolate, and cream cheese, and fresh cranberries.
  • Make sure the cream cheese is softened to room temperature before using. This will help it blend smoothly with the other ingredients.
  • Don't overmix the dough. Overmixing will make the dough tough.
  • Chill the dough for at least 30 minutes before rolling it out. This will help it be less sticky and easier to work with.
  • When baking the pie, keep an eye on it so that the crust doesn't overcook. The crust should be golden brown and the filling should be set.
  • Let the pie cool completely before slicing and serving. This will help the filling set properly.
