CHOCOLATE BANANA TOFU MOUSSE/DESSERT
I was requested to make this for a gathering and was a bit skeptical about it. However, it is so easy to make and it tastes great. Nobody knows that it is made with tofu until they are told. Found this recipe in the "Can't Believe It's Kosher" cookbook. Cook time does not include chill time.

Tips:
- Use ripe bananas: The riper the bananas, the sweeter and more flavorful your mousse will be.
- Chill the tofu before using: This will help the mousse to set more quickly.
- Don't overbeat the mousse: Overbeating can make the mousse grainy.
- Chill the mousse for at least 2 hours before serving: This will allow the flavors to meld and the mousse to set properly.
- Garnish the mousse with your favorite toppings: Some popular options include chocolate chips, cocoa powder, or fresh fruit.
Conclusion:
This chocolate banana tofu mousse is a delicious and healthy dessert that is perfect for any occasion. It is easy to make and can be enjoyed by people of all ages. So next time you are looking for a sweet treat, give this mousse a try!
