5 celery ribs, cut into 1/2-inch pieces
1 medium onion, cut into wedges
2 tablespoons chopped celery leaves
2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
2 tablespoons minced fresh parsley
1-1/2 teaspoons lemon juice
