4 fat free tortillas (10inch)
1 lb boneless skinless chicken breast, cut into thin strips
1 medium sized onion, sliced
1 small garlic clove, finely chopped
2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
2 cups shredded lettuce
1 medium sized tomatoes, chopped
1/2-3/4 cup low-fat ranch dressing

Steps:

  • Heat oven to 350°F.
  • Wrap tortillas in foil. Heat in 350°F oven 10-15 minutes until warm.
  • Coat large nonstick skillet with cooking spray.Place skillet over med-high heat. Add chicken, onion and garlic; saute until chicken is no longer pink in the center, 4-6 minutes. Stir in Worcestershire sauce, salt and pepper.
  • Divide chicken mixture among tortillas. Top each with lettuce and tomato. Drizzle each with 2-3 TBSP dressing. Roll up tortillas and serve.

3/4 teaspoon Caribbean jerk seasoning, divided
2 teaspoons olive oil
1/4 cup cream cheese, softened
2 flour tortillas (8 inches), warmed
1/4 cup mango chutney
2 lettuce leaves
1/4 cup julienned sweet red pepper
4 thin slices red onion

Steps:

  • Sprinkle chicken with 1/2 teaspoon jerk seasoning. In a nonstick skillet over medium heat, cook chicken in oil for 5-6 minutes or until meat is no longer pink. , In a small bowl, combine cream cheese and remaining jerk seasoning; spread over tortillas. Spread chutney over cream cheese. Layer with the lettuce, chicken, red pepper and onion. Roll up tightly.

from 3 fat chicks on a diet UPDATE:2-25-09 I made these today and i used caned chicken instead of regular chicken and it worked reall well. It didnt change the points at all according to the recipe builder on ww online. I used whole wheat tortillas and those made my points go up by 2.(so 4 in total) which still wasnt bad. these are pretty good and fast to make.I was gonna have one and a piece of fruit but the wrap was filling enough. I couldnt find the fat free cream cheese in the garden veggie flavor so i used regular fat free. update! 3-02-09 made these again(lol) still used the plain cream cheese, ff, but instead of sprinkling with the cayenne pepper, i used italian seasoning and garlic powder! it was delicious! i wont use the cayenne again the italian seasoning is the best! feel free to change the seasoning up a bit and let me know how you did it!:)

1 cup nonfat chicken broth
4 low-fat flour tortillas (or non fat)
1/2 cup fat-free cream cheese with garden vegetables, softened
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1/8 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional)
1 1/3 cups coleslaw mix
1/4 cup finely chopped green bell pepper

Steps:

2 large frozen chicken breasts
1 can of Rotel, mild (if you want a kick, go with original)
1 (15.25 ounce) can of corn, drained
1 (15.5 ounce)can of black beans, rinsed and drained
1 (8 ounce) cream cheese
1 packet of dry ranch dressing (or 3 Tablespoons of seasoning)
1 Tablespoon of cumin
1 teaspoon of onion powder
1 teaspoon chili powder
Flour Tortillas
Cheese (optional)
Sour Cream (optional)
Avocado (optional)

Steps:

  • Place frozen chicken breasts, Rotel, corn, black beans, cream cheese, ranch seasoning, cumin, onion powder & chili powder into crock pot set on low heat.
