4 1/2 breast, bone ins bone-in chicken breasts, with skin
3 tablespoons butter
½ small onion, chopped
1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
½ teaspoon dried basil
2 ½ cups shredded zucchini
3 slices bread, torn into pieces
1 egg, beaten
¾ cup shredded Swiss cheese
½ teaspoon salt
⅛ teaspoon pepper
