1 tablespoon butter
2 cloves garlic, minced
½ cup sun-dried tomatoes, chopped
1 cup chicken broth, divided
1 cup heavy cream
1 pound skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
salt and pepper to taste
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
2 tablespoons chopped fresh basil
8 ounces dry fettuccini pasta

Steps:

  • In a large saucepan over low heat, melt butter; add garlic and cook for 30 seconds. Add the tomatoes and 3/4 cup of the chicken broth; increase to medium heat and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer, uncovered, for about 10 minutes or until the tomatoes are tender. Add the cream and bring to a boil; stirring. 1/8 teaspoon salt
1 cup tightly packed baby spinach or arugula leaves
1/2 cup diced tomatoes
2 tablespoons diced red onion
4 boneless skinless chicken breasts (about 1 1/4 lb)
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
2 tablespoons Gold Medal™ all-purpose flour
1 cup Progresso™ Italian style panko crispy bread crumbs or Progresso™ Italian style bread crumbs
1 egg
2 tablespoons olive oil
1/4 cup crumbled tomato-basil feta cheese

Steps:

  • In medium bowl, mix dressing ingredients. Stir in salad ingredients to coat.
