CHICKEN LICKIN "GOOD" PORK CHOPS
This recipe came from a Rival Crock Pot booklet from the 1970's that I tweaked to my own preference. One of my family's favorite meals. Pork will be so tender you can cut it with a fork. Photos are from Google Images.

CHICKIN' LICKIN' GOOD PORK CHOPS
After trying these tasty pork chops, we want to come to mamaws too. Browning the boneless chops adds some flavor and cooking them in the slow cooker makes them juicy and tender. Easy to prepare, they are perfectly seasoned. Chicken and rice soup enhance the savory flavor of this pork chop meal.

SUNNY'S CREAMY CHICKEN PORK CHOPS
This recipe is what I reach for when I'm tired and don't want to stand over the stove for hours, but still want to serve a really delicious dinner! A bonus is that it's also a lower calorie entree the way I make it. This dish can also be made with chicken instead of pork; either whole pieces, or chunks, simply adjust cooking time accordingly. Serve with rice, pasta or mashed potatoes.

Steps:
- Heat oil in a large skillet over medium high heat. Add onions and garlic and saute until translucent. Add pork chops and brown about 4 to 6 minutes each side, stirring often to avoid burning onions and garlic.
- Meanwhile, in a separate bowl, whisk together soup and broth. Pour soup mixture over browned chops, stirring well to loosen onions and garlic and to deglaze skillet. Reduce heat and gently simmer for 10 to 15 minutes, stirring and turning chops occasionally, until chops are cooked through. An instant-read thermometer inserted into the center should read at least 145 degrees F (63 degrees C). Season with salt and pepper to taste and serve.

Steps:
- 1. Dredge chops in mixture of flour, salt, mustard, and garlic powder. Brown in oil in large skillet.
- 2. Place browned chops in crock pot. Pour soup over all. Cover and cook on LOW 6-8 hours (or HIGH for 3 1/2 hours). May use thinner chops; cooking time shorter.
- 3. Try skinless, boneless chicken breasts instead of pork chops!
Tips:
- When choosing pork chops, look for ones that are at least 1 inch thick and have a good amount of marbling.
- To ensure the pork chops are cooked evenly, use a meat thermometer to check the internal temperature. The chops should be cooked to an internal temperature of 145°F (63°C).
- If you don't have a meat thermometer, you can check the doneness of the pork chops by cutting into one of them. The meat should be slightly pink in the center.
- Let the pork chops rest for a few minutes before serving. This will allow the juices to redistribute throughout the meat, resulting in a more tender and flavorful chop.
- Serve the pork chops with your favorite sides, such as mashed potatoes, roasted vegetables, or a green salad.
Conclusion:
Chicken Licken Good Pork Chops or Chicken is a versatile dish that can be enjoyed for breakfast, lunch, or dinner. The pork chops are tender and flavorful, and the breading is crispy and golden brown. This dish is sure to be a hit with the whole family.
