Steps:
- Mix cream cheese and garlic salt together until well blended. Spread evenly on tops of tortillas.
- In small bowl, stir together cranberries and onions. Sprinkle evenly over cream cheese spread. Lightly press cranberry/onion mix into cream cheese.
- Roll up tortilla. Trim off ends. And cut each tortilla into 10 even pieces using a serated knife, like you would slice bread.
Tips:
- Use a sharp knife: Cutting the chicken and cheese into thin slices will make it easier to roll up the pinwheels.
- Don't overfill the pinwheels: If you put too much filling in, it will be difficult to roll them up without the filling spilling out.
- Use a toothpick to secure the pinwheels: This will help to keep them from unrolling during baking.
- Bake the pinwheels until they are golden brown: This will ensure that they are cooked through and have a crispy outer layer.
- Serve the pinwheels with your favorite dipping sauce: Ranch dressing, honey mustard, or barbecue sauce are all great options.
Conclusion:
Chicken cranberry pinwheels are a quick and easy appetizer or snack that is perfect for any occasion. They are made with simple ingredients that you probably already have on hand, and they can be customized to your liking. So next time you're looking for something to make, give these chicken cranberry pinwheels a try. You won't be disappointed!
