2 cans (10.5 oz each) condensed cream of chicken soup
2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese (8 oz)
3 cups Progresso™ plain panko crispy bread crumbs
6 tablespoons butter, melted

Steps:

  • Heat oven to 350°F.
  • Place chicken evenly in bottom of ungreased 13x9-inch (3-quart) glass baking dish. Spoon and spread soup evenly over chicken; sprinkle with cheese.
  • In medium bowl, stir bread crumbs and melted butter; sprinkle over cheese. Bake 30 to 35 minutes or until cheese is melted and bread crumbs are golden brown and thoroughly heated.

3 cups cooked rice
¼ cup butter
¼ cup all-purpose flour
1 ⅔ cups half-and-half
1 ½ cups chicken broth
¼ teaspoon rosemary
1 teaspoon salt
3 cups diced cooked chicken
1 (4 ounce) can sliced mushrooms, drained
⅓ cup chopped green bell pepper
1 (2 ounce) jar pimentos

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease a 2 1/2-quart casserole dish.
  • Spread the rice into the bottom of the prepared casserole dish.
  • Melt butter in a saucepan over medium heat. Cook and stir flour in melted butter until frothy, 2 to 3 minutes; add half-and-half, chicken broth, rosemary, and salt to the saucepan. Stirring continually, cook the broth mixture until slightly thickened, about 5 minutes. Stir cooked chicken, mushrooms, bell pepper, and pimentos into the sauce; cook until the chicken is hot, 2 to 3 minutes. Pour the chicken mixture over the rice; stir lightly.

2 cups chicken broth
2/3 cup white rice, cooked (not instant preferably)
1 (10 ounce) package frozen chopped broccoli
3 tablespoons butter or 3 tablespoons margarine
3 tablespoons all-purpose flour
1 1/2 teaspoons salt
1 dash pepper
2 cups milk
2 cups cubed cooked chicken or 2 cups turkey
1 (4 1/2 ounce) jar sliced mushrooms, drained
1/4 cup sliverd almonds, toasted
opt. curly parsley, for garnish

Steps:

  • In a saucepan bring chicken broth and rice to boiling.
  • Reduce heat; cook, covered, for 15 minutes.
  • Remove from heat; let stand, covered, for 10 minutes.
  • Meanwhile, cook broccoli according to package directions; drain well.
  • In a saucepan melt butter or margarine.
  • Stir in flour, salt, and pepper.
  • Add milk all at once; cook and stir till thickened an bubbly.
  • Stir in chicken, cooked rice, drained broccoli, and mushrooms.
  • Turn into a 2-quart casserole.
  • Bake, covered at 350 degrees till heated through, 30 to 35 munutes.
  • Sprinkle with almonds and garnish with parsley on top.
