1 c pesto
2 chicken breast ( split ) to make four
1 pkg 16 oz corned beef
4 slice swiss cheese
4 french bread rolls ( partially split )
1 can(s) 16 oz can sauerkraut ( devided by 4 )

Steps:

  • 1. 1Heat oven to 350. Place split chicken breast on a non stick baking pan 15 to 25 minutes 0r until chicken is done ( 165 )
  • 2. Spread pesto on bottom half of roll, place chicken half on each roll.
  • 3. Add corned beef, swiss cheese, and sauerkraut, put top on roll and ( enjoy). Serve with a salad and of course a dill pickle if wanted.

6 breast half, bone and skin removed (blank)s skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
¼ teaspoon salt
⅛ teaspoon ground black pepper
1 (16 ounce) can sauerkraut, drained and pressed
4 slices Swiss cheese
1 ¼ cups thousand island salad dressing
1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 325 degrees F (165 degrees C).
  • Place chicken in a lightly greased 9x13 inch baking dish. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Place sauerkraut over chicken and top with cheese slices. Pour dressing over all and cover dish with aluminum foil.

16 oz sauerkraut, rinsed and squeezed
8 oz swiss cheese, sliced
12 oz thousand island dressing
