CHICKEN AND SUGAR SNAP STIR-FRY

I threw this together one night with the ingredients I had on hand, and was delightfully surprised with the results. I think this is one of my favorite stir-fries yet! You can certainly alter the veggies..I think broccoli would be great in this recipe. Its quick, easy, and healthy, as it contains no extra fats. You can serve with rice, but I enjoyed this just by itself, which makes it suitable for lo-carb diets!

Tips:

  • Mise en Place: Before you start cooking, make sure you have all your ingredients prepped and measured. This will help you stay organized and ensure that your stir-fry cooks quickly and evenly.
  • Use a Wok or Large Skillet: A wok or large skillet is ideal for stir-frying because it allows you to toss and stir the ingredients easily. If you don't have a wok or large skillet, you can use a regular skillet, but you may need to cook the ingredients in batches.
  • Heat Your Wok or Skillet Over High Heat: This will help to sear the chicken and vegetables and create a flavorful stir-fry.
  • Don't Overcrowd the Wok or Skillet: If you overcrowd the wok or skillet, the ingredients will not cook evenly. Cook the ingredients in batches if necessary.
  • Stir-Fry in Small Batches: Stir-frying in small batches will help to prevent the ingredients from becoming overcooked and soggy.
  • Use a Spatula to Toss and Stir the Ingredients: A spatula is the best tool for tossing and stirring the ingredients in a stir-fry. It will help to prevent the ingredients from sticking to the wok or skillet.
  • Add the Sauce at the End: Adding the sauce at the end will help to prevent the ingredients from becoming overcooked.
  • Serve Immediately: Stir-fry is best served immediately after it is cooked. This will help to ensure that the ingredients are still crispy and flavorful.

Conclusion:

Chicken and sugar snap stir-fry is a quick, easy, and delicious meal that is perfect for a weeknight dinner. It is packed with flavor and healthy ingredients, and it can be easily customized to your liking. Follow these tips to make the perfect chicken and sugar snap stir-fry every time.
