4 tablespoons olive oil
4 garlic cloves, minced
2 teaspoons dried oregano
1/2 teaspoon salt

2 pounds boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1-inch pieces
12 pita pocket halves
1 carton (8 ounces) refrigerated tzatziki sauce

Steps:

  • Cut 3 lemons crosswise in half; squeeze juice from lemons. Transfer to a large bowl or shallow dish. Whisk in oil, garlic, oregano, salt and pepper. Add chicken; turn to coat. Kosher salt and freshly ground pepper
1/2 cup 5 percent-fat Greek yogurt
1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts or thighs, cut into 1 1/2-inch pieces
1 orange bell pepper, seeded and cut into 1-inch pieces
1/2 large red onion, cut into 6 wedges with root end intact
2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil, plus more for drizzling
2 teaspoons za'atar, plus more for sprinkling
6 pitas (each 6 inches)
2 mini cucumbers, halved lengthwise and chopped
1/2 cup fresh mint leaves

1/2 cup olive oil
3 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
3 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
1 tablespoon dried rosemary
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
24 large mushrooms
9 skinless boneless chicken thighs, trimmed, cut crosswise in half
9 bacon slices, cut crosswise in half
6 10- to 12-inch metal skewers
6 pita breads, wrapped in foil
