3/4 cup graham cracker crumbs (about 12 squares)
2 tablespoons sugar
2 tablespoons butter, melted
FILLING:
1 package (8 ounces) cream cheese, softened
1 can (14 ounces) sweetened condensed milk
1/3 cup lemon juice
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 can (21 ounces) cherry pie filling

Steps:

  • In a small bowl, combine the cracker crumbs, sugar and butter. Divide among 8 dessert dishes, about 4 rounded teaspoonfuls in each., In a small bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth. Gradually add milk until blended. Beat in lemon juice and vanilla. Spoon 1/4 cup into each dish. Top with pie filling, about 1/4 cup in each.

2 cups all purpose flour
3 tbsp sugar
1 cup margarine
1/2 cup chopped walnuts
FOR THE CRUST

Steps:

  • 1. Melt margarine and add all ingredients. Press into a 9"X13" pan and bake @ 350 degrees for 20 to 30 minutes or until golden brown. Cool
  • 2. For the filling: 2 pkts of dream whip 1 tsp. vanilla 8 oz. cream cheese 1 cup milk 1 cup confec. sugar one can cherry pie filling Mix dream whip, vanilla and milk until thick. Add conf. sugar and cream cheese and blend well. Put into crust and chill. Top with one can of cherry pie filling. Refrigerate until ready to serve.

1 can (20 ounces) crushed pineapple, undrained
1 can (21 ounces) cherry pie filling
1/2 cup chopped pecans
1 carton (8 ounces) frozen whipped topping, thawed

1/4 cup water
1/4 cup light corn syrup
2 tablespoons cornstarch
2 tablespoons water

  • Blend cornstarch with 2 tbls water.

1 - 8 oz softened cream cheese
1 c confectioners' sugar
1- 16 oz cool whip, thawed - divided
2 c crushed pretzels
3/4 c melted butter
3/4 c sugar
1/2 c chopped walnuts - optional
2 - 21 oz cans, cherry pie filling

Steps:

  • 1. In a medium microwave safe bowl, melt butter in 30 second increments until melted. To this stir in the granulated sugar and 1 1/2 cups of pretzels. ( walnuts if using ) Set 1/2 cup of the crushed pretzels aside. Press this mixture into the bottom of a 9 x 13 dish.
  • 2. In another bowl, whip together the cream cheese and confectioners' sugar until creamy. Fold in 8 ounces of cool whip, until well combined. Spread this mixture over the pretzel crust. Spread both cans of cherries evenly over cream cheese layer.
  • 3. Top with remaining cool whip and sprinkle with remaining pretzels. Cover and chill for at least 24 hours. Cut and enjoy!

Tips:

  • Use fresh cherries for the best flavor. If using frozen cherries, thaw them completely before using.
  • If you don't have a cherry pitter, you can use a knife to cut around the pit and then pop it out with your fingers.
