Tips:
- Use a variety of cheeses. This will give your chowder a more complex flavor. Try using a combination of sharp cheddar, mild cheddar, and Parmesan cheese.
- Don't overcook the chicken or ham. You want the meat to be tender and juicy, not dry and tough. Cook the chicken or ham over medium heat until it is cooked through but still slightly pink in the center.
- Add vegetables to your chowder. This will make it more nutritious and flavorful. Try adding diced carrots, celery, potatoes, or corn.
- Season your chowder to taste. Salt and pepper are essential, but you can also add other seasonings, such as garlic powder, onion powder, or paprika.
- Serve your chowder hot. This is the best way to enjoy its flavor and warmth.

Cheesy chicken and ham chowder is a delicious and comforting dish that is perfect for a cold winter day. It is easy to make and can be tailored to your own taste.
