PINEAPPLE SALSA CHICKEN

Pineapple Salsa Chicken image

These flavorful chicken breasts are grilled to perfection, then topped with a sweet and spicy, colorful pineapple salsa. The dish is mildly spicy, however you can adjust the amount of jalapeno to suit your tastes. Use your favorite brand of seasoning and adjust the salt right before serving, as some brands are saltier than others.

Tips:

  • Choose high-quality ingredients to ensure the best flavor. Look for ripe pineapple, fresh cilantro, and juicy chicken breasts.
  • Marinate the chicken for at least 30 minutes before cooking. This will help the chicken absorb the flavors of the marinade and make it more tender and flavorful.
  • Cook the chicken over medium heat to prevent it from drying out. If the chicken is too thick, reduce the heat to low and cook for a longer period of time.
  • Let the chicken rest for a few minutes before slicing it. This will help the juices redistribute throughout the chicken and make it more tender.
  • Serve the chicken and pineapple salsa immediately. You can also store the salsa in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.

Conclusion:

The Caribbean chicken and pineapple salsa is a delicious and refreshing dish that is perfect for any occasion. The chicken is tender and flavorful, and the salsa is a perfect combination of sweet, sour, and spicy. This dish is sure to be a hit with your family and friends.
