Cod Fillets in Savory Lemon Sauce image

Sauteed cod fillets simmer quickly in a tangy lemon cream sauce featuring Campbell's Condensed Cream of Shrimp Soup. Serve with basmati rice and a green salad and you'll have a figure friendly and delicious meal. WW 4 points. This was adapted from a chicken recipe but worked very well with the cod fillets.

Overall, I thought this recipe was just okay. It wasn't bad, but it wasn't anything special either.

The cod was a bit overcooked for my taste. I would cook it for a shorter amount of time next time.

The sauce was a bit too thin for my liking. I would add a little cornstarch next time to thicken it up.

This recipe was a bit too lemony for my taste. I think I would use less lemon juice next time.
