Tips:

  • Use fresh ingredients: The fresher the ingredients, the better your quiche will taste. If possible, use organic or local produce.
  • Don't overcook the eggs: The eggs in a quiche should be cooked until they are just set. Overcooked eggs will be rubbery and tough.
  • Use a good quality cheese: The cheese is one of the most important ingredients in a quiche. Use a cheese that melts well and has a good flavor.
  • Don't overfill the pie crust: The pie crust should be filled with the egg mixture, but it should not be overflowing. If the pie crust is too full, the quiche will be difficult to slice and serve.
  • Bake the quiche at a high temperature: The quiche should be baked at a high temperature (375 degrees Fahrenheit) for the first 15 minutes. This will help to set the crust and prevent it from becoming soggy.
  • Let the quiche cool before serving: The quiche should be allowed to cool for at least 15 minutes before serving. This will help to set the eggs and make the quiche easier to slice.
