2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
salt and pepper to taste

1/4 cup julienned fully cooked ham
1/4 cup julienned salami
2 hard-boiled large eggs, sliced
DRESSING:
1/4 cup mayonnaise
4 teaspoons ketchup
2 teaspoons chopped green onion
2 teaspoons sweet pickle relish
1/2 teaspoon lemon juice
1/4 teaspoon salt

Steps:

Where did I get this? My grandma! :) Nice jello/fruit type salad!! I suppose you could change the flavors of jello and change the fruit... I've always made it this way because , well ... if I didn't ... it wouldn't taste like Grandma's :) Cooking time is fridge time.

1 pint Orange sherbet (2 cups)
1/2 cup mandarin orange, drained
