Tips for Perfect Brownie Meltaways:

  • Use high-quality chocolate: The type of chocolate you use will greatly impact the flavor of your meltaways. Choose a good-quality semisweet or bittersweet chocolate that has a cocoa content of at least 60%.
  • Don't overmix the batter: Overmixing the batter will result in tough, dense meltaways. Mix only until the ingredients are well combined.
  • Chill the dough before baking: Chilling the dough for at least 30 minutes will help the cookies hold their shape and prevent them from spreading too much.
  • Bake the cookies until the edges are set but the centers are still soft: Bake the cookies for 10-12 minutes, or until the edges are set but the centers are still soft and gooey.
  • Let the cookies cool completely before cutting them: Cutting the cookies too soon will cause them to fall apart. Let them cool completely on a wire rack before cutting them into squares.

Conclusion:

Brownie meltaways are a delicious and easy-to-make treat that are perfect for any occasion. They're fudgy, chewy, and have the perfect amount of chocolate flavor. With just a few simple ingredients, you can create a batch of brownie meltaways that will be enjoyed by everyone. So next time you're looking for a sweet treat, give brownie meltaways a try. You won't be disappointed!
