6 cups chicken broth
4 cups broccoli, fresh chopped
1/4 cup onion, chopped
1/4 cup margarine
1 tablespoon garlic, minced
1 lb crawfish
1 teaspoon hot pepper sauce
creole seasoning
1 (10 3/4 ounce) can condensed cream of chicken soup
1 (10 3/4 ounce) can condensed cream of celery soup
2 cups milk
4 tablespoons cornstarch
1/2 cup water
8 ounces cheddar cheese, shredded

Steps:

  • In a large pot over high heat, combine the chicken broth and the broccoli. Cook about 3 to 5 minutes, or until tender. Set aside. In a large skillet, saut E the onions in the butter or margarine for about 5 minutes or until lightly browned. Add the garlic, crawfish or shrimp, hot pepper sauce and Creole seasoning. Saute another 5 minutes and add to the broccoli and broth.

1 onion, chopped

4 (14.5 ounce) cans chicken broth
1 (1 pound) loaf processed cheese food, cubed
