Tips:
- Choose the right tilapia fillets: Look for fillets that are firm and have a slightly pink color. Avoid fillets that are mushy or have a strong fishy smell.
- Pat the fillets dry: Before breading the fillets, pat them dry with paper towels. This will help the breading adhere better.
- Use a light touch when breading the fillets: Don't press the breading into the fillets too hard, or you'll end up with a tough crust.
- Cook the fillets over medium heat: This will help prevent the fillets from burning. Cook the fillets until they are golden brown and flaky.
- Serve the fillets immediately: Breaded tilapia fillets are best served hot out of the pan. You can serve them with your favorite dipping sauce, such as tartar sauce or lemon-butter sauce.
