Tips:

  • To achieve a crispy coating, ensure the chicken is dry before breading. Pat it with paper towels to remove excess moisture.
  • Use a shallow dish for dredging the chicken in flour and egg mixture. This helps coat the chicken evenly.
  • To create a flavorful breadcrumb coating, combine bread crumbs, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper in a shallow dish. Press the chicken into the breadcrumb mixture to coat.
  • Use a large skillet with enough oil to shallow fry the chicken. This will help the chicken cook evenly and prevent it from sticking.
  • Cook the chicken over medium-high heat until it reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C). This ensures that the chicken is cooked thoroughly.
  • Serve the chicken immediately with your favorite dipping sauce, such as ranch dressing, marinara sauce, or honey mustard.

Breaded Parmesan Ranch Chicken is a delicious and versatile dish that can be served as a main course or as an appetizer. The combination of crispy breading, tender chicken, and flavorful Parmesan cheese and ranch dressing makes this dish a hit with people of all ages.
