Tips:

  • Choose the right tofu. For this recipe, it's best to use firm or extra-firm tofu. This will help the tofu hold its shape better during frying.
  • Press the tofu. Before cooking, press the tofu to remove excess water. This will help the tofu absorb the marinade better and make it crispier when fried.
  • Use a flavorful marinade. The marinade is what gives the tofu its flavor, so make sure to use a flavorful one. The recipe in the article uses a simple mixture of soy sauce, rice vinegar, garlic, and ginger, but you can experiment with other flavors as well.
  • Fry the tofu in hot oil. This will help the tofu get crispy on the outside and tender on the inside.
  • Serve the tofu hot. Breaded fried tofu is best served hot, so make sure to eat it right away.

Conclusion:

Breaded fried tofu is a delicious and versatile dish that can be served as an appetizer, main course, or side dish. It's also a great way to use up leftover tofu. With the right ingredients and a little bit of effort, you can make breaded fried tofu that's crispy, flavorful, and sure to please everyone at the table.
