Tips:

  • Use high-quality coffee: The flavor of your cookies will be greatly influenced by the quality of coffee you use. Choose a coffee that has a rich, bold flavor that you enjoy drinking.
  • Grind your coffee beans just before using them: This will help to preserve the flavor and aroma of the coffee.
  • Use unsalted butter: This will help to prevent the cookies from becoming too salty.
  • Chill the dough before baking: This will help to keep the cookies from spreading too much in the oven.
  • Bake the cookies until they are just set: Overbaking will make the cookies dry and crumbly.
  • Let the cookies cool completely before storing them: This will help to prevent them from becoming soggy.

Conclusion:

Brazilian coffee cookies are a delicious and easy-to-make treat that are perfect for any occasion. They are made with simple ingredients and can be customized to your liking. Whether you like them plain, with nuts, or with chocolate chips, you are sure to enjoy these cookies.
