1/4 cup cornstarch
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon

2 cups unsweetened apple juice
2 tablespoons cider vinegar

1 tablespoon black peppercorns, coarsely crushed
30 whole cloves
1 can (12 oz) cola carbonated beverage
1/4 cup bourbon
6 tablespoons packed brown sugar
1 jar (13 oz) cherry preserves

Steps:

  • Heat oven to 350°F. Lightly spray 13x9-inch pan with cooking spray. Remove skin from ham; trim fat to 1/4-inch thickness. Make shallow cuts in fat 1 inch apart in diamond pattern. Rub peppercorns over surface of ham; insert cloves in centers of diamonds.
  • Place ham in pan. Insert ovenproof meat thermometer so tip is in thickest part of ham and does not touch fat or bone. 1/2 cup water or white wine
1 cup cherry preserves
1 tablespoon prepared horseradish (creamy)
1 tablespoon packed light brown sugar
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
1/4 teaspoon ground cardamom
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 lemon, zested and juiced
