Time 30m

Yield 4 serving(s)

Number Of Ingredients 8

1 lb ground beef
3 garlic cloves, minced
2 cups chopped tomatoes
3/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1 1/2 cups bow tie pasta, cooked
2 teaspoons sliced fresh basil
3 tablespoons parmesan cheese

Steps:

  • Brown the ground beef with the garlic and drain.
  • Stir in the tomatoes, salt and pepper.
  • Cook over medium heat for about 5-10 minutes and then add your pasta.
  • Sprinkle with cheese and enjoy!

Tips:

  • Use fresh, ripe tomatoes. This will give your sauce the best flavor.
  • Don't overcrowd the pan. If you add too much pasta to the pan, it will not cook evenly.
  • Cook the pasta al dente. This means that it should be cooked until it is tender, but still has a slight bite to it.
  • Don't rinse the pasta after cooking. This will remove the starch from the pasta, which helps the sauce stick to it.
  • Use a good quality olive oil. This will add flavor and richness to your sauce.
  • Season the sauce to taste. Add salt, pepper, and other seasonings until the sauce is flavorful.
  • Serve the pasta with a sprinkle of Parmesan cheese. This will add a delicious finishing touch.
