FRESH PEACH CRISP A LA MODE
This stuff is out of this world! I love the combination of oats, brown sugar, and yummy peaches. Of course it HAS to be topped with vanilla ice cream. I have used fresh and canned peaches, both tasting great. But, if possible, fresh peaches are the best. I usually double the recipe to make a 9x13 pan size. I have gotten so many compliments on this easy dessert. By the way, it is really rich :)

SOUTHERN GRILLED PEACHES
My mom will throw just about anything onto the grill, and one day a few summers ago as we all were watching Bobby Flay, we saw him making grilled peaches, so I brought it up to my mom and we decided to give it a try. So glad we did, but we did add our own touches to it.

Tips:
- Use ripe peaches: The best peaches for cobbler are ripe and juicy. If your peaches are not ripe, they will not be as sweet and flavorful in the cobbler.
- Peel the peaches: Peeling the peaches is not necessary, but it will give your cobbler a smoother texture. To peel a peach, simply use a sharp knife to score the skin around the peach. Then, place the peach in a bowl of boiling water for 30 seconds to 1 minute. The skin will then easily peel off.
- Use a variety of peaches: If you have access to different varieties of peaches, try using a mix of them in your cobbler. This will give your cobbler a more complex flavor.
- Don't overcook the cobbler: The cobbler is done when the topping is golden brown and the peaches are bubbling. Overcooking the cobbler will make the topping tough and the peaches mushy.
- Serve the cobbler warm with ice cream: The best way to enjoy peach cobbler is warm with a scoop of vanilla ice cream. The ice cream will help to balance out the sweetness of the cobbler.
Conclusion:
Bobby Flay's Grilled Peach Cobbler a la Mode is a delicious and easy-to-make dessert. The combination of grilled peaches, sweet cobbler topping, and cold ice cream is simply irresistible. This cobbler is perfect for any occasion, from a casual weeknight dinner to a special holiday gathering. So next time you're looking for a delicious and impressive dessert, give this recipe a try. You won't be disappointed!
