1 package (6 ounces) chicken stuffing mix
2 cups cubed cooked chicken
1 cup frozen broccoli florets, thawed
1 can (10-3/4 ounces) condensed broccoli cheese soup, undiluted
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350°. Prepare stuffing mix according to package directions, using only 1-1/2 cups water., In large bowl, combine chicken, broccoli and soup; transfer to a greased 11x7-in. baking dish. Top with stuffing; sprinkle with cheese. Bake, covered, 20 minutes. Uncover; bake until heated through, 10-15 minutes longer. Freeze option: Transfer individual portions of cooled casserole to freezer containers; freeze. To use, partially thaw in refrigerator overnight. 1 (10.75 ounce) can condensed cream of mushroom soup
1 tablespoon mayonnaise
1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
1 cup dry stuffing mix

4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper
1 medium head broccoli, cut into small florets
2 cups cooked white rice
One 10-ounce can condensed cream of chicken soup
1 cup sour cream
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1 tablespoon lemon juice
10 ounces Cheddar, grated (about 2 1/2 cups)

Steps:

  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Grease a 9-by-13-by-2-inch baking dish with nonstick cooking spray or butter.
