3 tablespoons honey
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 cups plain Greek yogurt
3 tablespoons honey
1 vanilla bean, split and "caviar" scraped out

1 (18 1/4 ounce) box yellow cake mix
1/4 cup butter
1/2 cup applesauce
1 cup oatmeal
1 tablespoon cinnamon
1 1/2 cups raspberries or 1 1/2 cups huckleberries

  • mix first five ingredients and spread half the mixture in the bottom of a lightly oiled 9x13 inch pan.
