2/3 cup sugar
1/2 teaspoon almond extract
2 cups all-purpose flour
1/3 to 1/2 cup seedless raspberry jam, plus additional if desired
GLAZE:
1 cup confectioners' sugar
1/2 teaspoon almond extract
2 to 3 teaspoons water

Steps:

  • In a large bowl, cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy, about 5 minutes. Beat in extract; gradually add flour until dough forms a ball. Cover and refrigerate until dough is easy to handle, 1 hour. , Preheat oven to 350°. Roll into 1-in. balls. Place 1 in. apart on ungreased baking sheets. 1/3-1/2 cup seedless raspberry jam
1 cup confectioners' sugar
2 -3 teaspoons water
1/2 teaspoon almond extract
