### Tips
  • Use a variety of ground meats. The combination of ground beef, pork, and veal creates a flavorful and moist meatball, but you can use any combination of ground meats that you like. Ground turkey, chicken, or lamb would all be good choices.
  • Don't overwork the meat. Overworking the meat will make the meatballs tough. Mix the ingredients together just until they are combined.
  • Use a large skillet to cook the meatballs. This will prevent them from overcrowding and sticking to each other.
  • Brown the meatballs on all sides. This will help to seal in the juices and prevent them from drying out.
  • Simmer the meatballs in the sauce for at least 30 minutes. This will allow the flavors to develop and the meatballs to become tender.
  • Serve the meatballs with your favorite sides. Mashed potatoes, rice, or pasta are all good choices.
### Conclusion Beer and ketchup meatballs are a delicious and easy-to-make dish that is perfect for a weeknight meal. The combination of beer, ketchup, and brown sugar creates a flavorful and tangy sauce that is sure to please everyone at the table. Serve these meatballs with your favorite sides for a complete meal.
