Tips:

  • Use a variety of taco fillings, such as seasoned ground beef, shredded chicken, or grilled vegetables, to create a variety of taco muffins.
  • Be creative with your toppings! You can use traditional taco toppings like sour cream, salsa, and guacamole, or you can try something different like a dollop of Greek yogurt, a sprinkle of crumbled feta cheese, or a drizzle of hot sauce.
  • Make sure to grease or line your muffin tins before filling them with batter, to prevent the muffins from sticking.
  • Bake the muffins until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean. Overbaking will dry out the muffins.
  • Serve the taco muffins warm, with your favorite toppings.
