Tender and stick to your ribs meal. The Goya Sazon is in most food stores in the Mexican isle next to the powder spices in a small yellow/orange box but you can most certainly find it in Mexican specialty stores.

Tips:
- Choose the right cut of beef: Stew meat is typically made from tougher cuts of beef, such as chuck roast or round steak. These cuts have a lot of connective tissue, which breaks down during cooking and makes the meat tender and flavorful.
- Brown the meat before stewing: Browning the meat before adding it to the stew pot helps to develop flavor and color. It also helps to seal in the juices, keeping the meat moist.
- Use a variety of vegetables: Vegetables add flavor, texture, and nutrients to beef stew. Some good choices include carrots, potatoes, onions, celery, and peas. You can also add other vegetables, such as tomatoes, green beans, or corn.
- Use a flavorful broth: The broth is an important part of beef stew, so be sure to use a flavorful one. You can use beef broth, chicken broth, or vegetable broth. You can also add wine, beer, or tomato juice to the broth for extra flavor.
- Season the stew well: Beef stew should be well-seasoned with salt, pepper, and other spices. You can also add herbs, such as thyme, rosemary, or bay leaves. Be sure to taste the stew as it cooks and adjust the seasoning as needed.
- Cook the stew low and slow: Beef stew should be cooked low and slow so that the meat has time to become tender. Simmer the stew for at least 1 hour, or until the meat is fall-apart tender.
Conclusion:
Beef stew is a classic comfort food that is perfect for a cold winter day. It is a hearty and flavorful dish that is easy to make. With a few simple tips, you can make a delicious beef stew that your family and friends will love.
